Here is a Hi-Pot tester I have just finished.
Hi-pot tester is good for 11Kv at the terminals and the leakage current is 3uA.
I’m pretty happy with the result.
Testing a Burle 8792 transmitting tube. Leakage is 3uA @ 7Kv

Hi, I am working on an old hipot. I have high voltage output from the transformer, but not in the output stage (post transformer). Mine has 3 identical components wired in series directly on the transformer output. For the life of me, I can’t figure out what they are! They look almost identical to the ones inside your hipot… per the schematic I can’t tell if they’re R1 & R7 or C1 & C2. Mine are small white cylinders and have markings on them: ITT TV13-2K60 . Could you tell me more about those? Thanks!
Sorry, I am more so referring to your project. On your image “inside view from the top” I see two white cylinders on the top-right of the box wired in just after your diode bridge. What are these on the schematic (R1 & R7 or C1 & C2) and what are their values? I hope that clarifies. Thanks!

Sorry, But I have no idea what those are.

A-ha, I see. Those are the capacitors C1 & C2. Type X675HV 0.0022uF from http://www.ascapacitor.com/
